Favorite spots in Boston: Travel guide

This will be my first ever travel guide and I’m so excited! I feel like I’ve been to Boston quite a few times to recommend some fun places to visit! I think I will do a part 2 soon to not make this post too long! There are so many good spots to explore! Let’s not ramble too much!

First up is Bova’s Bakery- This bakery was recommended by my boyfriend and I can confirm it is really good and they’re open 24 hours every day! Here is Lincoln waiting outside of Bova’s with me. It is usually pretty busy which only means it’s really good!

Kanes Donuts- 10/10 donut shop. They even have coffee. So so good. Probably every kind of donut you could think of and I’m not one to choose donuts as my preferred sweet treat, but I’m already thinking about the next time we can stop here! Here is the entrance/street view. I didn’t get pictures of the donuts unfortunately. I even lost half of mine. I’d blame it on Lincoln but it’s also my fault for not setting it down . Lessons with a toddler!

Prudential Center- Probably one of my favorite spots when visiting Boston. Especially if you love shopping! Well there is food too, of course! I love this view of Prudential!

New England Aquarium- I had to include this one! Mainly because I love taking Lincoln to places like this to see all the animals! He loves it and of course, I love watching his experience. All aquariums are perfect for all ages though. A date to the aquarium would be so fun! I do love this one though, because it is small and it would only take an hour or two to get through everything, but I feel like that’s the perfect amount of time especially with kids! Not too much for both the parents and kids!

Fenway Park- This is for all the sports fans! My family is very into sports and so we’ve been to Fenway a few times for some games. We even got to do one of the tours recently! Personally, I’m not a huge sports fan. But I do know quite a bit about baseball which I’m proud of. Lol and it really is fun to watch in person! The food is so good! The experience and the atmosphere is so fun even if our favorite team loses. The gift shop is pretty cool. Be prepared to spend some money though. It’s well worth it even for me! I got myself and Lincoln some sweatshirts from the shop and I still wear mine whenever. Lincoln’s is now a keepsake but it’s still such core memory!

Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum- So this experience was so cool! It starts with a tour, but with like acting in the mix. Like the employees are dressed in character and the language they use as well as the tone is like it would be back then. Once you’re on the ship, you can pretend to throw the tea overboard. There is a gift shop, of course! A shop for tea and pastries! There’s even seating. It was such a fun experience. It would be great to bring Lincoln back when he’s older, because it is both educational and interactive! This is the entrance for reference!

Boston National Historical Park- Charlestown Navy Yard- Another educational and interactive experience! You can step onto the ships! Even in some of the spaces where they slept and ate! You can even go in the lower decks and I don’t know how but I jammed my leg into one of the steps coming back up! I will not forget that part either! Be careful guys!

That is all for now! There will be plenty of other fun spots to share in part 2! Also let me know your favorite places in Boston or places you would like to visit!
